Shipping, Handling & Refunds
Shipping & Delivery
Customers will pay for all shipping and delivery costs. Your products will be directly delivered to the address that you provide us with and they will be sent out once a week. It would take 3-5 working days for your products to arrive. However, in the case of major public holidays like Christmas, Chinese New Year, and Chuseok (Mid-Autumn Festival), shipping and delivery would be delayed.

The shipping and delivery costs are as follows:
For small purchases
The shipping and delivery cost is calculated according to the total weight of your products. The total minimum weight for your products is 0.5kg and the cost depends on the country to where your order will be delivered.

*Please note that the shipping and delivery cost will be calculated separately after an order has been placed. We will issue customers a formal invoice upon receipt of your order with the correct total amount to be paid and all shipping and delivery cost payments should be made according to the invoice sent.
For bulk purchases
If the total weight of the products is 20kg and above, the shipping and delivery cost will be greatly discounted and it will depend on the country to where your order will be delivered.
Handling Fee
Direct purchase from The Way
When you directly purchase products from us. There is no handling fee for your products.
Indirect purchase from The Way
An indirect purchase means that you require us to help you purchase products from another website using our credit card and then deliver the products to you. This service incurs many different costs, such as labor cost and bank charges from the use of our credit card and transfer of funds to Korea, and the handling fee is â‚©80,000. This handling fee includes the shipping and delivery cost and is a lump sum despite the number of products you want us to purchase for you.
Only requiring shipping and delivery from The Way
This means that you purchase products from a different website, which does not deliver overseas, and you only require us to deliver your purchased products to you. In this case, the handling fee is â‚©35,000 which is a lump sum despite the number of products you want delivered and does not include the delivery cost. The delivery cost will be calculated according to the total weight of your products.
Refunds, Exchanges & Returns
We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

However, in the case that you have received a faulty or damaged product, contact us immediately. After verifying the problem, you may return the product and we will send you a new product.

Please note that we will not admit a faulty or damaged product if the product has been damaged through improper use and handling. Should there be any disputes about the return of a faulty or damaged product, The Way has the right to make the final decision.
